Membership
Join the people who cook for Charleston.
One membership connects you with the Greater Charleston chapter and the American Culinary Federation at the same time. Here's what that means, who it's for, and exactly how to join.
Why join
Because careers are built on relationships.
Talent gets you into a kitchen. People get you the next one. The chapter is where Charleston's chefs, cooks, students, chef instructors and suppliers get to know each other on purpose, instead of by accident.
You meet people outside your own restaurant, hotel or school. You see how other operations run, often from inside their kitchens and warehouses. You find mentors, and later, the cooks you mentor. And because chapter membership is ACF membership, you also get the credentials, education and national network that travel with you for the rest of your career.
The chapter was founded in Charleston in 1984 with a simple focus that still holds: camaraderie, education and giving back to the community.

What you actually get
Local value. National resources.
The chapter column is what the chapter exists to do. The ACF column is ACF's published member benefits.
